This is primarily an informational and professional resource. We collect as little information as possible, only for the purposes described here, and we do not sell or trade visitor information.

If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, optional organisation, subject and message you provide, together with the site language you used. This information is stored in the website database and sent by email to the address above so that your enquiry can be answered.

Please do not include medical records, patient data or other sensitive personal information in your message.

The site includes an assistant that answers questions about the published package. When you send a question, the text is transmitted to an AI model provider (Google Gemini, accessed through the Lovable AI gateway) to generate an answer, and a shortened copy of the question, the site language, whether an answer was found and any helpfulness rating are stored so the assistant can be improved.

Conversations are not confidential and are not suitable for patient, clinical or other sensitive information. Please do not enter such information.

Like any website, requests to this site are handled by hosting infrastructure that processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It keeps a single entry in your browser recording that you have seen the cookie notice. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

Documents are served as ordinary file downloads. No account, registration or personal information is required, and downloads are not linked to an identified visitor.

A small number of providers process information on our behalf in order to operate the site:

• Website hosting and content delivery infrastructure.
• A managed cloud database used to store contact enquiries and assistant usage records.
• An email delivery service used to send contact-form notifications.
• An AI model provider used to generate assistant answers.
• Google Fonts, used to load the site typefaces, which involves your browser contacting Google servers.

The site links to publications, organisations and other third-party websites. Those websites are independent of us and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Some providers may process information outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the providers' contractual data-protection commitments, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any related follow-up, then deleted. Assistant usage records are kept in shortened form for service improvement and removed when no longer useful. Technical logs are kept for short operational periods.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to stored enquiries is restricted. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through this site.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/LPD) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and — where relevant — a copy in a portable format or withdrawal of consent.

No formal Data Protection Officer has been appointed; given the limited processing described above, none is required.
